Giving out the photos to my Client
Watermarked Ones and No Watermark Ones?
In general I give out my photos like this:
-One google drive folder will store the "Watermarked" photos which will have May Dream Photography's horizontal logo at the bottom of it. For the purposes of social media sharing.
In the contract I would have clearly stated that I have your written permission to post the photos onto my social media platforms or use them to promote May Dream Photography further. You need to let me post at least (insert number_______) photos to showcase my photography work.
-One google drive folder will store the "Non-Watermarked" photos that is available for my Client to download onto their own laptop.
Watermarks on everything?
I only put only watermarks on all the backdrop school ball photos that I do. A basic watermark with my logo will be added at the bottom of all these photos for the purposes of social media postings, which tends have a uploading size restriction of 5MB. HD files are usually 15-20MB. The HD versions are digitally available for purchase at $5 each and can be previewed on my website as photos that are completely watermarked.
If you want a print as well it will be $4 per print. An additional $3 is required for me to post that one print out to you. If you purchase two or more prints I will post your prints out to you for free.
Options on how I get my photos?
I just give out the photos by digitally uploading them up onto Facebook and other social media platforms for people to just grab their photos instantly, or sharing, tagging and liking.
I also use Google Drive too.
You have the option of choosing to get a USB delivered to your house. If you would like your photos digitally AND also posted to you in a USB format, an extra payment of $15 (postage is included already) will be required for me to buy a reasonably sized USB that can fit all your photos in it.
