We're quite the roamers when it comes to school balls since we get to go around and immerse into the party with the students whilst taking cool photos of them. If need be though, we can definitely step-up and do the stationary backdrop photos as well if you require so.
Every school runs their ball a little differently! Our goal is to make the photography seamless and fun for everyone. Here’s how we can work together:
Roaming Pics
Our roaming photographers will go around capturing all the candid, in-the-moment magic throughout the night, perfect for the dance floor, tables, and mingling.
For an attendance of 200 students per se, it's best to book in a second roaming photographer. A solo photographer can't physically be everywhere at once; in which a crowd that size would definitely find themselves spread across the venue. A second photographer would give more reassurance that the possibility of covering certain moments can be done simultaneously when they occur in different areas.
Add a professional photo station for formal portraits. If your ball has a theme, we’ll bring props or styling pieces to match. We set up lights, computers, and everything else a few hours before the event begins.

🎭Broadway Experience
Students step into the night with a true red-carpet welcome.

A grand doorway framed with glowing Broadway-style light bulbs.

A red carpet leading into the reception area, with optional velvet ropes to guide arrivals.

A “Signing Wall” where each student signs a custom banner featuring the school’s logo and founding year. They’ll get a professional “over the shoulder” photo as they sign. The banner can later be photographed for use in a yearbook background or displayed at school.

🏛️ Ancient Roman Elegance
Bring timeless luxury to your ball with a Roman-inspired setup.

Cream-coloured Roman-style flower pots filled with fresh flowers at the entrance.

Photo Delivery
Photos are uploaded onto a secure Pixieset digital gallery where students can log into the Guest Entry view mode using the gallery link + the corresponding entry password that are meant for them.

Gallery sendout – The school can share the gallery to their students so they can get downloading as many times as they want within the handful of months after the day of the event.

Downloadable in single file or in bulk or as a compressed ZIP folder, all non-watermarked. They can either go for high-resolution images or web-sized photos (2048px) , which are ideal for sharing on social media like Facebook and Instagram. Tends to take up less storage space on their devices as filesizes are much smaller than "Original". Either or, students can download a mix of them if they wanted to

As the event organiser, you will get a "Client Exclusive" entryway password to log onto the same gallery link as the Guests, and begin "hiding" exactly which photos you don't want as representations of your school image/values.
Each photographer delivers approximately 140–200 professionally edited photos per hour.
This number fluctuates depending on the flow of your event, the activities on-site, guest interactions such as: proactive dancing in front of camera, or who is okay with photos and who is not. If the quantity given to you goes over the maximum stated number, the rest of the photos will be on the house, at
no extra charge.
Pricing and Packages
Packages below are based on an attendance of 200 students for a 3 hour photo session.
The price includes unlimited high-resolution downloads of every photo taken on the night, plus full setup, backdrop design, and decoration.
