Merch Returns Policy

We offer returns and exchanges (due to change of mind or swaps to an alternative size) on all items within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Items must be returned to us in good condition, which is how it originally arrived when the parcel was signed off as "received".

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return, and your refund will be minus the cost of original shipping.

If anything is found to be missing from your order when you open up the parcel, please contact maydreamphotography@gmail.com about it right away.

 

More Info:

  • We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is manually reviewed over and approved of. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the good condition. How you received them is how we expect it to be returned back to us. Tags and packaging must not be ruined in any sort of distorted or unpleasant way.

  • If the item(s) are defective on arrival please immediately inform our customer support team about it with supporting photos & videos via the emails you send to us. We will inspect over the case that you have filed in and propose amendments from then on forth, to either do an exchange, replacement, or refund for you.
