1) No returns or refunds if the dress does not fit you. You are only are allowed to post the dress back to us in exchange for different dress.
2) No returns or refunds unless the dress was broken or damaged when you first opened up the parcel to look at the dress when you received the parcel from the couriers.
3) If the parcel and dress/veil was damaged due to the couriers’ carelessness or inappropriate treatment of the parcel. We are not responsible for compensating you for the damage to the dress/veil, this will be the couriers’ liability.
4) Once you made your decision to click buy now and the order is successfully processed, you must cancel your order within 48 hours, if you intend to cancel your order. Otherwise, there will be a penalty fee of $50 if you try to cancel your order after 48 hours.
